At Teamwork Trust, we support people with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Mental Health needs to overcome barriers, discover their potential, and actively participate in their communities. Through co-produced sessions, practical learning, volunteering, and wellbeing support, we help individuals lead purposeful and independent lives.
We’re a values-led organisation that provides inclusive, empowering opportunities for people with learning disabilities, autism and mental health challenges. From work skills and volunteering to social activities and wellbeing support, we help individuals thrive on their own terms.
All volunteers will need an enhanced DBS check and must follow our code of conduct and key policies.
Locations:
Corby, Kettering, or Wellingborough.
Hours:
Flexible, from 2 to 16 hours per week.

Duties:
The main purposes of the Enterprise Assistant role are:
Support our service-user-led businesses with practical help. If you’ve got relevant skills or experience, that’s fantastic — but we also welcome general help across our enterprises.
