Front of House Volunteer

You will attend a Welcome meeting with the Engagement & Volunteer Manager where you will be introduced to Delapré Abbey Preservation Trust and provided with information on the role. The Front of House role is very public facing and expect volunteers to be friendly, approachable, and efficient. Front of House involves providing the first welcoming impression to visitors, helping to give key information, tickets, and directions, as well as promoting products in the shop.  They are looking for volunteers to take pride in the appearance of the visitor space, helping to continue in the care and management of the site. Consequently, organised and reliable volunteers needed.
