They are particularly looking for someone to help with Blue Badge applications, but any kind of help and support with accessing the internet and completing online forms would be great.
Skills
The role involves quite detailed conversations with library users who are requiring help so good communication skills are vital; along with good internet and general IT skills.
Due to the nature of the role an ability to show empathy, patience and positivity would also be beneficial.
