Leader - 1st Towcester Brownies

Get creative, have fun and be an inspiring role model to girls and young women, by joining Towcester District Guides.  They urgently need to recruit more adults to keep the units open.

As unit leader, you'll be responsible for running the unit, leading a team, and planning and delivering a high-quality programme of activities and events.  This is a key role that works directly towards the aims of Girlguiding.


No particular skills needed, as training and support is available, but it would be expected you possess these personal qualities:

  • Reliable and trustworthy.
  • Creative and enthusiastic.
  • Committed to ongoing personal development.
  • Fun-loving.
  • A sense of humour. 
  • Enjoys working with young people
