Join the Canal & River Trust's towpath taskforce on the 3rd Wednesday of each month In various locations within the Weedon area.
It’s a great opportunity to try low-commitment volunteering with the Trust. Typically, as a team of volunteers you will be involved in a number of tasks such as paint locks, towpaths repairs, carry out vegetation management and much more.
Skills
No experience is needed you just need to be willing to get stuck in and get dirty. Please wear old clothes appropriate for the weather conditions (e.g. waterproof jacket, warm layers) and sturdy footwear, ideally boots or wellies.

Availability Details
Every 3rd Wednesday of the month, the taskforce will be regular, but commitment is flexible. Session starts at 11am and finishes at 3pm.
