Would you like the opportunity to spread the word about how you help people in your community and find more people who need your help? The new MiDoS directory will give you the opportunity to do just that!
MiDoS or My Health and Care Directory is a database used by GPs, Social Workers or Social Prescribers and members of the public when they need to find local services or activities to meet a need or support them.
LION is trying to find all the organisations across Northamptonshire who would benefit from having their details included in this directory. So if your group offers support to people to improve their physical or mental wellbeing and you’d like to raise awareness of your work more widely please complete this questionnaire and return it to us and we will ensure that your details are included in the new directory.

*All groups that offer help and support to people’s physical and/or mental wellbeing, from Carers groups to walking groups to art centres are welcome to add their details to the directory.
