Community Help & Information Point Volunteer

We are looking for volunteers to help at Community Help and Information Points in Daventry and the surrounding villages.

This role will offer support to the general public by signposting them to obtain the right help or in some cases making an appointment to meet with an Advisor for more support.

We are looking for volunteers who can volunteer their time for about 3 hours a week ideally.

This role provides a friendly face that welcomes people and helps them find support, and if you feel you could be that friendly person and you have some spare time, we would love to hear from you.

We provide full training for our volunteers along with support and guidance.

Skills

We are looking for individuals who have some spare time and an interest in helping others.

A friendly person who is able to listen, provide empathy and offer support to individuals by signposting them to source the help they need.

The ability to travel to locations in the community.

We provide full training and support for our volunteers to carry out this role.
