To transport patients to enable them to access day care respite at Lakelands Hospice, and return them home in the afternoon. To be responsible for the safety of patients during transportation. To ensure vehicle checks are completed for every journey taken. Liaise with nursing staff regarding patients' mobility to establish the degree of assistance required. To work with the minibus host to ensure the safety of everyone travelling.

Must have full driving licence, be over 25 years of age and have held their licence for 2 years, have no criminal convictions and be in good health.Details
