Towcester Area Door to Door (TADD) has provided a Voluntary car service, for nearly 40 years, providing transport for residents in South Northants to and from their medically related appointments.
It involves collecting members from their home and taking them to their appointment - surgeries, dentists & hospitals, and returning them home.
The role is totally flexible and whatever time you are able to give would be welcome.
You will be reimbursed at the rate of 45p per mile.
This role also requires an enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check which will be obtained for you before you are able to become a TADD Voluntary driver.
Skills
Patience - enjoying meeting people, a sense of humour.
Access to a motor vehicle with current driving licence & comprehensive insurance.
