At Teamwork Trust, we support people with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Mental Health needs to overcome barriers, discover their potential, and actively participate in their communities. Through co-produced sessions, practical learning, volunteering, and wellbeing support, we help individuals lead purposeful and independent lives.

All volunteers will need an enhanced DBS check and must follow our code of conduct and key policies.
Locations:
Corby, Kettering, or Wellingborough.
Hours:
Flexible, from 2 to 16 hours per week.

Duties:
The main purposes of the Transitions Coordinator role are:
Work closely with service users, supporting them within their volunteering. Your primary goal will be to assist them in becoming as independent as possible, providing both emotional and practical support, helping them engage within their roles and thrive in community-based activities. You will need a full clean driving license and to be willing to transport service uses in your car – we pay expenses. In addition, having first aid training would be advantageous or you must at least be willing to undertake such training.
