Hello, I’m the Chair of Trustees for Serve, ( https://serve.org.uk/ ) a brilliant charity based in Rushden, which supports the elderly and older people with disabilities, throughout Northamptonshire and North Beds. to live independently and combat loneliness.
We are looking for people who might be interested in becoming trustees for our charity. (Trustees are responsible for the strategic direction of the charity; no experience is necessary and training will be given). This is a voluntary role that requires the commitment to attend monthly meetings.
As we are planning on expanding the board, we are looking for people with leadership aspirations or experience from all sectors, in particular, finance and HR. As a member of the Board of Trustees, you can make a real difference to improving the quality of life for people in your community, whilst also developing your own professional skill set.
